Privacy summary

How Kitora Daily currently handles account and planning data.

Draft, pending owner approval. This page summarizes how the product currently works. It is not a final legal agreement or privacy policy, and it will be replaced by approved text.

What is stored

  • Your email address and a hashed password for signing in.
  • Your preferences, such as active hours, time zone, time format, and paper size.
  • Your saved schedules, tasks, and confirmed version history.
  • Trial and access dates, and records of any payment orders.

How it is used

The data is used to sign you in, build and save your schedules, and determine whether your trial or plan is active. Schedules are calculated by rules in the app; tasks are not sent to an AI model.

Who can see it

Schedules and settings are tied to your account. There are no public share links. Administrators can see account IDs, access status, and payment orders to manage access; the admin page does not display your schedules or tasks.

Your data

You can delete individual schedules from Saved Schedules and download a JSON copy of your account data from Settings. A self-service tool to delete an entire account is not available yet.

Optional analytics and payments

If you opt in on this browser, Kitora records daily totals of action names. It does not include task content or persistent visitor identifiers in these counts. Payment processing takes place on PayPal; Kitora stores purchase references and access dates, not your PayPal password or card details.
