Your to-do list needs a place on your calendar.

A to-do list tells you what needs to happen. It doesn’t tell you when you’ll do it, or whether it all fits between the meetings, classes, and pickups that are already set.

Kitora Daily puts the two together. It looks at the open time in your day, places your tasks into it, and tells you plainly what doesn’t fit, before you overcommit.

How it works

Three steps, about ten minutes.

  1. Start fresh or reuse a day you like.

Choose one of your saved day templates, or add fixed plans, to-dos and habits in a few guided steps.

  2. Make a day that actually fits.

Set your active hours and breaks. Kitora arranges flexible tasks around your commitments and tells you what does not fit.

  3. Take it with you. Come back when life changes.

Save a phone image or printable PDF, or download a calendar file to import into Google, Apple or Outlook. Return to preview a new schedule when your day changes.

What you get from a plan that fits.

  • Plan around your real availability.

Fixed commitments, meals, breaks, and your active hours come first. Tasks go into what’s left.

  • See what fits before you overcommit.

Tasks that can’t fit are listed with a reason, so you can move them on purpose.

  • Adjust when your day changes.

Move or lock blocks by hand, or rearrange the remaining tasks from the current time.

  • Keep a printable or phone-friendly copy.

Download a PDF on US Letter or A4, or save an image to keep on your phone.

Features

Built for days with competing demands.

Plan here. Use it anywhere.

Save your day as a phone image, print it, or download an .ics file to import into your calendar. Calendar import is a snapshot, not automatic sync.

Reusable day templates

Keep a day that works for you. Choose a date, preview its tasks alongside existing plans, and add them only after confirming.

Fixed commitments and flexible tasks

Fixed commitments stay exactly where you put them. Flexible tasks are placed into the open time around them, including optional prep and travel estimates you enter.

Active hours and recurring routines

Set the hours you actually plan to work, your focus session length, breaks, meals, and weekly commitments like classes or school pickup.

Priorities, deadlines, and dependencies

Mark tasks High or Low priority, add a deadline or latest finish time, and say which task has to happen first.

Replan my day

Preview a new schedule from now while keeping fixed commitments, locked times, and completed work. Confirm the time remaining on in-progress tasks, apply only when ready, and undo before later edits.

Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

Create recurring series with an end date, occurrence count, or no end date. Choose how shorter months are handled, edit one occurrence or the series, and keep completed history.

Review unfinished tasks

Choose what to move, complete, or keep on its original day. Review capacity and overdue warnings first. Moving a task does not move its deadline.

Use your own calendar app

Download an .ics file and import it into Google, Apple or Outlook. You choose when to import; no calendar account connection is required.

Clear explanations when tasks can’t fit

If a task does not fit, it is listed with the reason, like not enough open time before a deadline, so you can decide what to move.

Daily and weekly views

Plan a single day in detail or switch to a weekly overview of saved days and recurring commitments.

Printable PDFs and phone-friendly images

Download a PDF on US Letter or A4 paper, or save an image sized for your phone. Long days continue onto extra pages instead of being cut off.

12 export styles

Choose from 12 print styles, from Quiet Luxury and Pink Bow to Executive Suite and Teen Pop, and preview the result before you download.
